Use Roblox support for platform issues
For a Roblox account or platform payment issue, use Roblox Support. Include the information requested by its official support form. Game guide pages do not have access to your account, purchase history or shop save.
For a gameplay question, explain the object and action involved: the shelf product that will not stock, the enclosure you are managing or the purchase option you selected. A description of the displayed response makes a question easier for the community to answer than a general statement that the game is broken.
